Finally we can provide a more obtrusive type of support, where each participant has access to a laptop portable computer to cooperatively brainstorm ideas and register individual input throughout the whole of the meeting duration. This can be effective in meetings where participants are part of the same organization and can apply their own well established in-house methods or meeting protocols to this electronic meeting system (EMS).
