APPLIED METHODOLOGY

groupVision offers a unique approach to your meeting events. Based on our groupware-based methodologies several participants can do collaborative work in the same document, plan or project; quantitative evaluations are immediately presented.
Groupware (also referred as collaborative software) is software designed to help people involved in a common task achieve their goals. Learn more.

Small group discussion
From a less obtrusive format, we aim to have participants involved in group discussions that generate consensus around key issues. These can be organized in a small group discussion setting, where each group can be assigned the same parallel task or a sequential one. Within this configuration participants can then concentrate on focused and lively discussions that address varied perspectives surrounding a separate distinctive issue.
In these type of scenarios hardly any issue is left untouched as group dynamics allow for sufficient variety in each group to be addressed and cover a fair amount of diversity. Later on, all groups convene into a large group conference where group results are compared. Consensus is generated on a final set of items that truly reflects the whole of the larger group thinking. In this later stage, small group summaries are all typed in the same shared screen and discussed in a larger group exercise. The concluding statements truly reflect the whole of each of the individual participants work.
