MIX: It’s time to reinvent management
The Management Innovation eXchange (MIX) is an open innovation project aimed at reinventing management for the 21st century. It is purpose-built as a platform and a laboratory for the “contrarians” to advance ideas, experiments, and passions around management innovation. “People come to the MIX because they know that the industrial-age management practices found in most organisations today are woefully inadequate to the challenges that lie ahead.
